And here we are again at another Friday. They’re gettin’ sneaky aren’t they? Coming out of nowhere and whatnot. I woke up this morning thinking it was Thursday; great surprise for me!
But since it’s not Thursday, we get to celebrate High Five Friday hosted by Meg. And today, guys, I’ve got a good one!
Lately, I’ve been focusing more on growing my blog; trying to connect with other bloggers, commenting on more posts, replying to more posts on my own wall, etc. And I noticed a serious jump in views, visitors and comments. Like a serious jump! So excited!!
So, my HIGH FIVE for today is to making a lot of progress because of all the effort I’ve put in. I had more views and visitors than ever, more comments on posts than ever and I even got a ton of replies on comments I made on other blogs I follow. I realized that this blog is more than just a hobby, and I can’t wait to see it grow even more in the next few months! High Five to that!
Another *little* high five is the breezy, chilly weather we’re getting! This morning I woke up for a run {which ended up not being terrible – yay another mini high five!!} and it was freezing. As in it was 40 degrees freezing! I was in a jacket, capri tights and almost busted out my headband ear warmer. But decided against it. I mean, I’m from Buffalo, kids. It was still cold.
Here are some pics I got from the office yesterday. Being that high up, we get to see the storms roll in from anywhere!
This one was around 5:30 p.m. before I left. Don’t let that sunshine fool you…the temps had dropped by that point and I was pedaling my feet off to get home and under my covers!
Yeah, you can say it…WIMP!
Looks like this weather is going to stick with us for a few days!
Hope you all have a FAB High Five Friday! Who’s got plans for this weekend? Did you all get hit with cold weather too?
